Camphill Foundation Canada Update

Camphill Foundation Canada
Building Fund 2009

Camphill Foundation Canada now has a Building Fund which will provide the necessary support money for Camphill's building projects.

March 25, 2009 was the official "kick-off" to Camphill's Capital Campaign.  One of our goals is to raise $800,000 for the new Craft Centre at Camphill Nottawasaga.  Crafts are an integral part of working life for the residents.  We are now in need of a much brighter, larger facility to create and produce the beautiful arts and crafts which are sold at the annual Fairs and will also be for sale in the new Craft Centre co-op store.

At Camphill Sophia Creek in Barrie, Janus House has gone through a total renovation over the last six months and is now ready to welcome back residents. The main floor of Janus House will also provide the space for a public gallery for our future community art exhibitions. Camphill Sophia Creek looks forward to hosting future neighbourhood events in the new space. Your donation will help to support future building renovations and the purchase of a another residence at Camphill Sophia Creek.

In the last fiscal year, there was a 25% increase in donations and 2009 promises to be another exciting year for Camphill Foundation Canada.

We need people like you to help us to reach our Building Fund goals. You can help to make our "dream" a reality by making a donation today. If you would like to make a donation please mail your cheque or credit card number to:
